Supporting Animals Asia
As advocates against the use of animal products in traditional Chinese medicine, we support Animals Asia in their mission to end the exploitation of animals for healthcare. Through the Healing Without Harm campaign, we promote herbal alternatives and raise awareness about cruelty-free practice.

World Medicine: acupuncture for crisis recovery
World Medicine delivers acupuncture to those affected by trauma, poverty and natural disasters. Following the Grenfell Tower tragedy in 2017, Phoenix Medical began supporting this cause by donating acupuncture needles and clinical supplies to over 50 volunteer practitioners.
We continue to supply safe, high-quality materials so volunteers can offer free treatments to those in need.
Supporting community health initiatives
We also support organisations providing acupuncture to vulnerable communities through practical donations and ongoing supply support.
Leeds Cancer Support
Since 2018, we have partnered with the Leeds Cancer Centre supporting a 10-week Auricular Acupuncture course using the NADA protocol. Phoenix donates detox needles and educational posters to support these sessions.
Positive East ear acupuncture clinic
Positive East launched an auricular acupuncture drop-in clinic led by NADA practitioner Truus Jansen. We have contributed detox needles and ear seeds to support free community access.
