Lu Gen
Dried Reed Rhizome (Lu Gen) can be found across China and are typically collected at the end of Spring, the beginning of Summer or in Autumn. These are not smelly, sweet in taste and white-yellowish in colour with a tenacious texture which is not easy to snap.
