Dried Nutmeg Seeds (Rou Dou Kou) is the ripe seed of the perennial woody plants Myristica fragrans Houtt. of family Cardamom. These are predominantly found in Malaysia, Indonesia and the South of China. The ripe fruit is found in Spring and Autumn, are strong in fragrance and taste slightly bitter.
