Shan Yao
Chinese Yam, also known as Dioscorea opposita or Shan Yao, has been used as a tonic in traditional Chinese medicine. It can be eaten raw, fried and in soups. This product is authentic and is free of sulphur, pesticides and herbicides.
It is not to be confused with other yams, such a sweet potato, as it is an ornamental vine, also known as the cinnamon vine.
