Xiang Fu
Dried Nut-Grass Rhizome (Xiang Fu) is the rhizome of Cyperus rotundus L. of family Cyperaceae. This can be found in many parts of China, with this being harvested and collected during Autumn. Xiang Fu has a fragrant smell with a slightly bitter taste.
